Volleyball Recap: Gustine Comes Up Short

Gustine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Big Valley Christian Lions. If the Reds were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-9, 25-7.

Gustine's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Big Valley Christian, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Gustine has already played their next contest (against Waterford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Big Valley Christian also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Ripon.
