Softball Recap: Spring Hill Panthers vs. Center Roughriders

Spring Hill came into Tuesday's matchup having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They had just enough and edged the Center Roughriders out 10-9. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Spring Hill also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.

Kyndall Witt made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off one hit. Witt was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

In other pitching news, Abbye McFaul tossed a big game, striking out six batters over 4.1 innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits.
