            Baseball Recap: Clear Lake Warriors vs. Flambeau Falcons        
        
		
        
        
            Clear Lake extended their losing streak  (dating back to last season) to six  on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 0-4 in the process. They were a single  run away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   9-8 heartbreaker at the hands of the Flambeau Falcons. On the bright side, the eight- run  performance marked the Warriors' highest-scoring  contest to date.
As for Flambeau,  the  win  got them back to even at 2-2. They haven't had any issues with Clear Lake recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive  victory against them.
For Flambeau's part,  Issac Brown was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Brown was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with one  run and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Cole Schley, who  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI. That's the most  stolen bases  he has posted since back in May of 2024.  Aiden Bates was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with three  RBI and one  run.
 Coincidentally, Clear Lake and Flambeau will both be playing Prairie Farm the next time they take the field. The Falcons will  host the Panthers at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday, while the Warriors will head out to face them  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
