Susquehanna Valley won the last time they faced Norwich and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sabers came out on top against the Purple Tornado by a score of 6-3.

Adam Spisak was excellent, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

Susquehanna Valley's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Norwich, they dropped their record down to 0-13 with the loss, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Susquehanna Valley will take on Oneonta at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Norwich, they will face off against Windsor Central at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Black Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Purple Tornado surely won't give up without a fight.
