Softball Recap: Pullman Comes Up Short

Pullman's last matchup with Deer Park could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Tuesday. The Greyhounds came up short against the Stags, falling 12-2. The matchup marked the Greyhounds' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Pullman saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bailee Randall, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Cori Stewart was another, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Pullman has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Deer Park, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Coming up, Pullman will be playing at home against Rogers at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Deer Park, they are taking a road trip to face off against Clarkston at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
