Basketball Game Preview: Addison Panthers vs. Hanover-Horton Comets

Addison is 0-10 against Hanover-Horton since February of 2020 but things could change on Wednesday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m.

Addison is headed into Wednesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They took a blow against Jonesville, falling 58-25.

Meanwhile, Hanover-Horton earned a 52-40 win over Vandercook Lake on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Comets.

Hanover-Horton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Addison, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Addison ended up a good deal behind Hanover-Horton in their previous matchup back in February, losing 76-58. Can Addison avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
