Basketball Recap: Bellevue Piles Up the Points Against Prairie Valley

Bellevue was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Prairie Valley on Friday. The Bellevue Eagles claimed a resounding 55-25 victory over the Prairie Valley Bulldogs. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Bellevue can attribute much of their success to Tristan Shook, who posted 13 points. Brooklyn Shook was another key player, putting up nine points.

Bellevue's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-14. As for Prairie Valley, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Bellevue has already played their next match, a 52-24 victory against Midway on the 21st. As for Prairie Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 62-13 loss against Saint Jo on the 21st.
