Fayetteville took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cabot Panthers 66-24. With the Bulldogs ahead 36-14 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fayetteville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Hank Hendrix, who threw for 477 yards and four TDs while picking up 13.6 yards per attempt. Kaleb Johnson helped Hendrix out on the ground, rushing for 116 yards and three scores on only 12 carries.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fayetteville will square off against Broken Arrow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cabot, they will face off against Bentonville West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
