Football Recap: Stringer Skates Past Park Place Christian Academy with Ease + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clarkdale, Stringer was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed past the Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders to the tune of 44-0. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Red Devils had established a 38-point advantage.

Stringer's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaheim Campbell, who rushed for 150 yards and one score on only 14 carries. Campbell's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 105 rushing yards dating back to last season. Connor Thornton was another key player, rushing for 48 yards and one touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Stringer was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 394 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 153 rushing yards in 12 consecutive matches dating back to last season.

Stringer now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Park Place Christian Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
