Volleyball Game Preview: Milford Tigers vs. Bryce Valley Mustangs

After both having extra time off, the Milford Tigers and the Bryce Valley Mustangs will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bryce Valley took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Milford, who comes in off a win.

It was a proper cat-fight when Milford challenged Water Canyon on Wednesday. The Tigers put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 win. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Milford walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-19, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Bryce Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to Piute.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-1, 25-7.

Milford's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Bryce Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-11.

Milford took their win against Bryce Valley in their previous meeting on September 3rd by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
