Volleyball Recap: Patrick Henry Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Patrick Henry Academy and Spartanburg Christian Academy squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Patrick Henry Academy had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Patrick Henry Academy's offense was headlined by Kinley Cook and Sophie Westendorf, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Emilee Stanley and her 22 assists. Cook was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.
