Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy won the last time they faced Austin and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors blew past the Panthers 15-4. Considering the Warriors have won four matches by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Avia Cox made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching six innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. Cox was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

In other batting news, Adriana Torres was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Anna Adkins was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.
