Masuk not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the New Milford Green Wave with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Green Wave: they've now won five in a row.

While Masuk won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-17, 27-25.

Addison Scott paced Masuk's offense, picking up 11 kills. Scott got some help from Mia Tyler and her 31 assists. Finally, Lily Yerrington kept Masuk's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Despite the loss, New Milford still got an impressive performance from Mairead Bell, who had 13 digs and four assists.

Masuk's win bumped their record up to 18-9. As for New Milford, their loss ended a ten-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-4.

Masuk didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Newtown on the 16th. As for New Milford, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Notre Dame Prep on the 16th.
