Baseball Recap: Morrison Mustangs vs. Annawan-Wethersfield Titans
Morrison fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Annawan-Wethersfield on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Titans by a score of 5-3. Ayden Meinsma put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time he hasn't allowed a single hit since back in April. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs.
