Softball Recap: Tekonsha Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

Tekonsha took a ten-run defeat the last time they faced off against North Adams-Jerome, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Indians skirted past the Rams 17-16. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Tekonsha pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.5 runs over those games. As for North Adams-Jerome, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Tekonsha will square off against Camden-Frontier at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Adams-Jerome, they will take on Britton Deerfield at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
