Baseball Recap: Harding Takes a Loss

Harding lost against Austintown-Fitch on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Raiders took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harding's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Austintown-Fitch, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harding will welcome McKinley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Austintown-Fitch, they will host Hubbard at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so the Falcons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
