Savannah entered their tilt with Grandview on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The Savages have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Aryana Spry paced Savannah's offense, picking up eight kills. Spry got some help from Reece Gould and her 15 assists. Gould was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Savannah's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Grandview, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Savannah wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Benton on the 27th. As for Grandview, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Stover on the 27th.
