Baseball Recap: Miles Pealer's Big Game Can't Quite Lead North Allegheny over Seneca Valley

The home team had won the previous three meetings between North Allegheny and Seneca Valley, and Seneca Valley kept the tradition alive. The Tigers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 4-1 to the Raiders, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

North Allegheny saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miles Pealer, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

North Allegheny's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 8-5. As for Seneca Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

While North Allegheny had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
