Football Recap: Crismon Piles Up the Points Against ALA - Ironwood

While Crismon put up plenty of points on Thursday, the same can't be said for ALA - Ironwood. The Rattlers blew past the Warriors 42-0. The Rattlers pushed the score to 35-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors had no chance of recovering from.

Crismon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Carlee Morse, who threw for 235 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 33 yards and one TD. That's the most passing yards Morse has posted since back in October of 2024. Sophia Saldivar was in the mix as well, providing Crismon with four scores.

Crismon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Isabella Salado and Saldivar. Saldivar got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Crismon has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 points this season. As for ALA - Ironwood, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crismon will welcome St. Mary's at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for ALA - Ironwood, they will square off against Palo Verde at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
