Football Game Preview: Rogers vs. Mt. Spokane

Given their disadvantage in the MaxPreps state rankings, Rogers should expect quite the challenge on Friday. They will challenge Mt. Spokane on the road at 5:00 PM. Mt. Spokane will be strutting in after a win while Rogers will be stumbling in from a defeat.

Rogers took a serious blow against Ferris last Thursday, falling 0-35. Rogers were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-28.

As for Mt. Spokane, they won against Gonzaga Prep two weeks ago with 13 points, and they decided to stick to that point total again. Mt. Spokane skirted past Mead 13-10. The success made it back-to-back wins for Mt. Spokane.

Rogers took a serious blow against Mt. Spokane the last time the two teams met, falling 0-42. Can Rogers avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
