While East Troy's win against Edgerton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Trojans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 10-9 victory over the Crimson Tide on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

East Troy's victory bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Edgerton, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Coming up, East Troy will welcome Monroe at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cheesemakers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Trojans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Edgerton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against McFarland at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
