Volleyball Game Preview: Glenns Ferry Pilots vs. Hagerman Pirates + How To Watch

Glenns Ferry hasn't had much luck against Hagerman recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Pilots will square off against the Pirates at 7:00 p.m.

Glenns Ferry lost 3-0 to Oakley on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-21, 25-18.

If Valley wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hagerman, they should've done a better job of containing Alexis Beutler. The Pirates put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday thanks in part to Beutler, who had 33 assists and eight digs. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.

Hagerman not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Valley between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-15.

Glenns Ferry's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Hagerman, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season.

Glenns Ferry suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Hagerman when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Pilots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
