Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Indian Takes a Loss

St. Francis Indian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Chadron Cardinals. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Cardinals when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

St. Francis Indian's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chadron, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

St. Francis Indian will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mahpiya Luta at 4:30 p.m. on September 16. As for Chadron, they will take on White River at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
