Softball Recap: Elliott County Takes a Loss

Elliott County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Bath County Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 last Tuesday.

Elliott County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-19. As for Bath County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-6.

Looking ahead, Elliott County will challenge Fairview at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bath County, they will square off against Fleming County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
