Baseball Recap: Brown Bears vs. Shawnee Golden Eagles
Brown put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Shawnee Golden Eagles with a sharp 15-6 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bears also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
John Orourke was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. Orourke was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
