Softball Recap: Fenton Comes Up Short

Fenton lost against West Chicago back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bison lost 12-1 to the Wildcats. The Bison have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fenton's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for West Chicago, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

Fenton will head out to challenge Bartlett at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Bison surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Chicago, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Glenbard East on the 13th.
