Softball Recap: Vidor Comes Up Short

Vidor fell victim to Shepherd and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Shepherd. Having soared to a lofty 24 runs in the game before, Vidor's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Vidor's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Shepherd, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Looking ahead, Vidor will take on MacArthur at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shepherd, they will face off against West Fork at 8:30 a.m. on Friday.
