Soccer Game Preview: Riverdale Ridge vs. Brighton + How To Watch

The Riverdale Ridge Ravens will face off against the Brighton Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Riverdale Ridge has five straight victories, Brighton has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Riverdale Ridge proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by four) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Westminster 2-1. The win was all the more spectacular given Riverdale Ridge's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 81st, while Westminster are ranked 20th).

Alexander Martinez Robles was the driving force of Riverdale Ridge's attack as he scored both of Riverdale Ridge's goals, bringing his season total up to four goals.

Meanwhile, Brighton didn't have quite enough to beat Prairie View on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

Riverdale Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Brighton, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
