Baseball Game Preview: Seekonk Warriors vs. Attleboro Bombardiers

For the second straight game, Seekonk will face off against Attleboro. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Bombardiers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Seekonk 3.8, Attleboro 3.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.

On Thursday, Seekonk didn't have quite enough to beat Attleboro and fell 2-1. The match marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Jack Lasalle spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on five hits.

Attleboro has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Seekonk, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
