Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shakopee). They came out on top against the Apple Valley Eagles by a score of 98-91 on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Sabers as they're now sitting on 14 straight.

Shakopee's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.8 points over those games. As for Apple Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-6 record this season.
