Basketball Game Preview: Mission Viejo Diablos vs. St. Margaret's Tartans

The Mission Viejo Diablos and the St. Margaret's Tartans will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday without much rest having both just played. Mission Viejo is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.4 points per game this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for St. Margaret's, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They snuck past Godinez Fundamental with a 58-52 victory on Wednesday.

St. Margaret's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Mission Viejo, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.

Mission Viejo took their victory against St. Margaret's when the teams last played back in December of 2017 by a conclusive 59-38. In that match, Mission Viejo amassed a halftime lead of 31-9, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
