St. Croix Lutheran had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36.4 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the St. Anthony Village Huskies, sneaking past 74-71. Given the Crusaders' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 80th, while the Huskies are ranked 202nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

St. Croix Lutheran's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 86.2 points over those games. As for St. Anthony Village, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-13.
