Football Recap: Sierra Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Sierra's offense. They were beaten by the Pueblo County Hornets 41-0 on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Stallions in their meetings with the Hornets: they've now lost five in a row.

Jaydan Filloon threw for 37 yards. Jamari Hampton was his top target, picking up 37 receiving yards. On the ground, Patrick Robinson rushed for 65 yards.

Brody Harrison was the offensive standout of the matchup as he punched in two rushing scores, and also threw for 172 yards on perfect 6-for-6 passing. His passing game has become a key predictor of Pueblo County's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 0-3 otherwise.

Sierra's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pueblo County, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-3.
