Basketball Recap: LEE Comes Up Short

LEE lost against New Braunfels back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Volunteers took a 69-54 bruising from the Unicorns. The Volunteers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

LEE now has a losing record of 3-4. As for New Braunfels, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

LEE has already played their next matchup (against King), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for New Braunfels, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Unicorns will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
