Lexington is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Chester County just ended the team's seven-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Sycamore narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Fairview 3-2. The victory continues a trend for Sycamore in their matchups with Fairview: they've now won four in a row.

Sycamore's win bumped their record up to 14-2-3. As for Lexington, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 10-7.
