Recap: Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils vs. Forest Hills Rangers

The Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils lost against the Forest Hills Rangers back in February of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Bellwood-Antis ended up on the wrong side of a tough 77-53 walloping at the hands of Forest Hills. Bellwood-Antis was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-21.

Despite the loss, Bellwood-Antis saw an underclassman step up: Martin Fatzinger scored 11 points along with six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Fatzinger has scored all season. Anthony Caracciolo was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with two steals.

Bellwood-Antis has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Forest Hills, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

Bellwood-Antis has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Huntingdon at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. Bellwood-Antis has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Forest Hills, they will head out on the road to face off against Somerset at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Forest Hills is facing Somerset at the right time seeing as Somerset is stuck on a 18-game losing streak.
