Volleyball Recap: Houma Christian Has No Trouble Against Delcambre

Houma Christian won the last time they faced Delcambre and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Houma Christian was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13, 25-8.

Addison Billiot had a dynamite game, getting 18 digs and three aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last nine matchups.

Billiot wasn't the only good servers: Houma Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive matches.

Houma Christian's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Delcambre, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
