Thurston waltzed into their match on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They never let the Churchill Lancers get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 5-4 win on Saturday.

Thurston pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Churchill, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
