Boyd gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Sanger Indians with a sharp 3-0 victory. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-20.

Coincidentally, Boyd and Sanger will both be playing Glen Rose the next time they take the court. The Indians will host the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Yellowjackets will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
