Softball Recap: Fairfax Comes Up Short

Fairfax fell victim to North Hollywood and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Huskies, falling 11-0. The defeat leaves the Lions still looking for their first win of the season.

Fairfax's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for North Hollywood, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairfax will square off against Palisades at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. The Lions' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Dolphins have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season. As for North Hollywood, they will face off against Canoga Park at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
