While Westampton Tech didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 61-49 victory over Haddonfield on Saturday.

Westampton Tech's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Daelan Dickerson, who went 7 of 13 en route to 20 points and six rebounds. Those 20 points gave Dickerson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Alex Jeanty, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 16 points and six assists.
Meanwhile, the third road game was the charm for Burlington Township, as they earned their first road win of the season. They came out on top against Bordentown by a score of 52-40 on Friday. The 52-point effort marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.
Burlington Township's win came from a few key players Westampton Tech will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Quayd Hendryx, who posted 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Isiah N'Diaye, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 13 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Burlington Township smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in six consecutive matches dating back to last season.
Westampton Tech's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Burlington Township, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Westampton Tech and Burlington Township are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Westampton Tech hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 61.8 points per game. However, it's not like Burlington Township struggles in that department as they've been averaging 60.8 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
