Preview: Bethel-Tate Tigers vs. Williamsburg Wildcats
The Bethel-Tate Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Williamsburg Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bethel-Tate is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
Last Saturday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Bethel-Tate beat Miami Valley Christian Academy 44-38.
Meanwhile, Williamsburg entered their tilt with Georgetown with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Williamsburg walked away with a 55-45 victory over Georgetown on Tuesday. Given Williamsburg's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while Georgetown is ranked 466th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Bethel-Tate now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Williamsburg, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
Bethel-Tate came up short against Williamsburg in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 62-55. Can Bethel-Tate avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
