Volleyball Recap: Lucy Beckham's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lucy Beckham waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hilton Head Island Seahawks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bengals also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2023.

Jacob Elliott paced Lucy Beckham's offense, picking up six kills. Elliott got some help from Adam Rasgo and his nine assists. Matthew Sandhu controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Lucy Beckham's win bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Hilton Head Island, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.

Coincidentally, Lucy Beckham and Hilton Head Island will both be playing Fort Dorchester the next time they take the court. The Seahawks will head out to face the Patriots at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bengals will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
