Volleyball Recap: Victory Christian Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Broken Arrow

Victory Christian faced Broken Arrow in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Conquerors fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. The Conquerors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2020.

Victory Christian's loss dropped their record down to 20-3. As for Broken Arrow, their win was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-6.

Victory Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Jenks on the 27th. As for Broken Arrow, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Bixby on the 27th.
