Overhills is a perfect 10-0 against E.E. Smith since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Overhills Jaguars will venture away from home to take on the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Overhills fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Terry Sanford on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 4-3. Overhills fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Bulldogs since on Friday.

Overhills hit Terry Sanford with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Karla Marques, Skylar Hayes, and Aubrey Penny.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for E.E. Smith's offense. They fell 2-0 to Triton on Friday. The Golden Bulls haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

E.E. Smith's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Overhills, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Everything went Overhills' way against E.E. Smith in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Overhills made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Overhills since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
