Soccer Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland managed to keep up with Manzano until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Hornets came up short against the Monarchs, falling 6-0. Highland haven't had much luck with Manzano recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Highland's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Manzano, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4-1.

Highland wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Rio Grande on the 10th. As for Manzano, they have also already played their next matchup, a 12-0 victory against Belen on the 13th.
