Basketball Game Preview: Bard Falcons vs. Southwestern Sabers

The Bard Falcons just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Southwestern Sabers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bard will be strutting in after a win while Southwestern will be coming in after a loss.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Bard took on Capital City Public Charter School on Thursday. Bard put the hurt on Capital City Public Charter School with a sharp 54-33 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Falcons as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Southwestern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 70-45 to Forest Park.

Bard's victory bumped their record up to 9-15. As for Southwestern, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
