Pecos extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Natalia Stout. Pecos put the hurt on Jal with a sharp 55-30 victory on Friday thanks in part to Stout, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 14 steals. Stout is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Another player making a difference was Abrielle Zamora, who went 5-for-7 en route to 14 points. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Pecos' win bumped their record up to 24-6. As for Jal, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-17.

Looking ahead, Pecos will square off against Mescalero Apache at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Mescalero Apache will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Pecos surely won't give up without a fight. Jal does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
