Basketball Recap: Augusta Comes Up Short

Augusta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 49-42 to the North Toole County Refiners. The Elks were probably out for revenge after losing 54-28 to them when the teams met back in February of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Augusta's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for North Toole County, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3.

Augusta has already played their next matchup, a 74-36 loss against Cut Bank on the 21st. North Toole County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
