Volleyball Recap: Schurr Victorious

Schurr posted their closest victory since September 5th on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Poly Parrots 1-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.

The win made it two in a row for Schurr and bumps their season record up to 9-17. As for Poly, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.

Schurr will take on San Gabriel at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Poly, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Grant on the 29th.
